Filter Forge is a standalone program and a plugin for Adobe Photoshop that allows you to build your own filters. Filter Forge Librarian simplifies the installation of the filter library backup into Filter Forge. It provides an interactive filter browser and allows you to preview & select specific filters before installation. Librarian is a standalone program that is installed separately and doesn't run simultaneously with Filter Forge.
